The 4th graders did an amazing job of working together to recreate art inspired by Tom Everhart and Charles Schulz. I loved watching them collaborate, come up with new ideas, and make each painting special and unique. I hope many of you will attend Concordia's Gala next year and bid on your child's painting!
While I say it every year, it is hard to believe we are entering our last week of school! We have a little bit of reading and writing to finish up, and we are having tons of fun working on the annual 4th grade "Snoopy Paintings"! This year's senior class was the first class that did this project!
I've encouraged the students to bring a grocery bag on Monday/Tuesday to help bring home some of their school supplies. Some supplies will come home Monday and the rest on Tuesday. Be sure to look for your child's Monday envelope tomorrow, as it has lots of our final projects and graded items.
We are looking forward to all the things we get to do to wrap up an awesome year. If you have any questions, please let me know!
